The hotel had a fine design and comfortable rooms, with great finishes. The coffee machine in the room was a pleasant surprise, offering perfect coffee. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to shopping and dining options.
The customer service provided was average, with some staff members displaying organizational and communication issues. There were instances where check-in was delayed and luggage was not promptly taken care of.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and directly on the riverbank, with stunning views of the castle. The hotel was also conveniently located right beside the bridge across to the old town, making it easy to explore. The room and bathroom were both top-notch, with comfortable furnishings and high-quality toiletries. The service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
There were a few minor hiccups during the stay, such as an unhelpful bartender on the rooftop terrace and some confusion with the coffee machine. However, overall the experience was positive and highly recommended.

I had an incredible time here. The hotel is located right by the river, just over the bridge, making it the perfect location for sightseeing. The room was equipped with a comfy bed, ironing facilities and in-room safe, providing enhanced comfort. Moreover, the staff at reception was extremely helpful on how to provide service. Additionally, there was a restaurant and bar/lounge area where you can enjoy a variety of snacks and drinks.
I won't add any negative aspects. This place is perfect for family and friends who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed with the exceptional cleanliness and well-maintained areas of the hotel. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided a warm welcome. Impressive location within walking distance to the old town. Stylishly renovated and maintained vintage decorations throughout the establishment. Comfortable and cozy rooms with luxurious amenities. The staff provides excellent service and creates a welcoming atmosphere. A delectable breakfast selection is a bonus to an overall enjoyable stay.
